BCBSIL will work with you to provide coverage for the most appropriate care for your medical situation, especially if you are pregnant or receiving treatment for a serious illness. You may still be able to see your current provider for a brief time.

Call BCBSIL at the Customer Service number on the back of your BCBSIL ID card for more information or member services at (800) 538-8833 .
