We strongly recommend waiting to cancel your existing coverage until after you have been approved for your new plan. You’ll be notified by your insurance carrier when you’re approved and when your effective date is. Before you cancel, make sure your cancellation date is on or after your new coverage start date.
Always, always, make sure you have some form of documentation in writing from your new insurance company before cancelling the plan you are replacing.
Contact our support staff at [email protected] if you are not sure if your new policy is active.
We’d be happy to have your join our team of independent agents.
