FIRST MONTH’S PREMIUM Submission Overview Chart
The premium payment for the first month of coverage for on- and off-exchange qualified health plans must be paid in order for applications to effectuate. Here are details on how and where your clients can pay. |

If applicants choose this method, the automated recurring payment option is available and recommended to enable on-time payments and avoid disruptions. |

Applicants can use a Visa®, MasterCard® or Discover® debit or credit card. Note that credit cards are allowed for the first initial premium payment only; members cannot use credit cards for subsequent premium payments. |
